Sodick has launched the VL entry level series alongside the top of the range ALC.

Despite being called “entry level”, VL offers top performance.

This is possible because of elements that have always distinguished Sodick products in the EDM sector:

• The planar motors guarantee precision, repeatability and long life;
• Ceramic: which provides insulation and thermal stability;
• A new wire insertion system;
• HeartNC integrated CAD/CAM programming system that enables production immediately after machine installation;
• Wire wear compensation, barrel effect reduction and 0.35Ra finish.

This range is available in three sizes to meet all requirements:

• VL 400Q
• VL 600Q
• VL 600QH
