You Ji VTH series

The vertical lathes in the VTH series are the result of a series of studies carried out by YOU JI on its entire range of vertical lathes, the main aim of which was to make them extremely versatile, so that the machine in question is suitable for machining operations in the energy sector, oil, wind energy, mining, railways, steel, petroleum, transmission, nuclear, aeronautics, marine, earthmoving, moulds and dies, automotive, transport, textiles and mechanical engineering in general.

VTH models are equipped with a mobile crosshead for applications where the variety of workpieces is important, benefiting from the overall rigidity determined by the proximity of the crosshead to the workpiece. The VTH line comprises a series of vertical lathes and vertical turning centres for milling, drilling and grinding, with platform diameters of 3,000 to 8,000 mm and turning diameters of up to 9,000 mm, equipped with a spindle motor of up to 100 kW and a milling motor of up to 26 kW.

This is a line of highly advanced machines that are comfortable to use, which we believe are perfectly suited to the evolution of brands with a view to modernising production, and which highlight the innovative efforts of YOU JI’s designers, who draw on the vast experience the company has accumulated over more than 40 years in the bar turning market.
