You Ji YV 1000/1600 Series

The vertical lathes in the YV series are the result of a series of studies carried out by YOU JI on its entire range of vertical lathes, the main aim of which was to make them extremely versatile, so much so that the machine in question is suitable for machining in the energy sector, oil, wind energy, mining, railways, steel, petroleum, transmission, nuclear, aeronautics, marine, earthmoving, moulds and dies, automotive, transport, textiles and general mechanical engineering.

YV models are equipped with a mobile crossbar for applications where the variety of workpieces is important, benefiting from the overall rigidity determined by the proximity of the crossbar to the workpiece. The YV line includes a series of vertical lathes and vertical turning centres for milling, drilling and grinding, with a platform diameter of 1,000 to 1,600 mm and a turning diameter of up to 1,800 mm, equipped with a spindle motor of up to 45 kW and a milling motor of up to 15 kW.
