Prusa Research Original SL1S SPEED

The Original Prusa SL1S SPEED is an MSLA (Masked Stereolithography Array) resin 3D printer that uses a 5.96-inch monochrome LCD panel at 2560 x 1620 px and a 405 nm UV LED array to cure thin layers of liquid photosensitive resin. Thanks to its optical system and tilting tank, it reaches layer exposure times of just 1.3-2.4 seconds (with a 3 s tilt time), up to three times faster than the previous model.

The build volume is 127 x 80 x 150 mm, with an XY resolution of 49 microns and an adjustable layer height from 0.025 to 0.1 mm (technical minimum 0.01 mm) for extremely high detail. It is compatible with 405 nm UV liquid resins, including long-exposure ones, and features a resin level sensor and a fan with an activated carbon filter to contain odors.

Measuring 225 x 237 x 400 mm and drawing about 100 W while printing, it offers USB, Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity with web browser control and Prusa Connect integration. It is the ideal solution for high-detail models such as jewelry, dentistry, miniatures and precision prototypes.
