The new Q-Grind Universal performs complex and varied grinding operations precisely, repetitively and reliably.
It is designed to produce small and medium-sized parts, single piece, small or large batches and is available with a centre distance of 600 or 1000 mm and a maximum swing diameter of 380 mm.
The Q-Grind U series is a universal cylindrical CNC grinder designed to finish small and medium parts, from one-offs to production batches. Two models, U600 and U1000, differ in distance between centres – 600 or 1,000 mm – with a swing diameter of 380 mm and a maximum workpiece weight between centres of 150 kg. The wheelhead carries two external wheels plus an internal spindle running up to 20,000 rpm, while the Mitsubishi M80 touch-screen control governs repeatable grinding cycles.
