Roboze ARGO 500

The Roboze Production series has been designed to manufacture finished parts using the highest performing super polymers and composites in the entire industry, monitoring material management from hygroscopic control to drying and preheating, through to the gradual cooling phase of the produced part. Everything is conceived to achieve outstanding mechanical performance on the components produced.

With FFF technology it processes a wide variety of engineering polymers, super polymers and composites such as PEEK, CarbonPEEK, ULTEM™ AM9085F, CarbonPA and many others, bringing 3D printing into the world of customised industrial production up to a size of 500x500x500 mm.

The Roboze ARGO 500 HYPERSPEED is the flagship 3D printer of the PRODUCTION series, built for the additive manufacturing of end-use components in high-performance polymers. With a 500 x 500 x 500 mm build volume, extrusion temperature up to 500 °C and a heated chamber up to 180 °C, it processes super-polymers and composites – such as PEEK, PEKK and carbon-fibre-reinforced materials – that can replace metal while cutting weight and cost. The dual extruder with 0.4 and 0.6 mm nozzles and an accuracy of 10 µm in XY and 25 µm in Z deliver repeatability and finish on complex technical parts. On board, four integrated HT dryers up to 120 °C keep the material in optimal printing condition.
