The implementing decree of the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy (Mimit) was published in the Official Gazette No. 183 of 6 August 2024.
From 12 noon on Wednesday 7 August, the platform – accessible via SPID at this link – will go live, and the forms required to complete the necessary certifications and declarations will be available there.
The decree, funded with €6.3 billion from the PNRR, provides for tax credits of up to 45 per cent for investments in advanced capital goods, with a maximum cap on eligible costs of €50 million per year for the period 2024–2025. The bonus applies to new investments made between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2025, with the option to complete the necessary documentation by 28 February 2026.
