The Neway PM-HZ series brings together double-column portal machining centres with fixed columns and a moving table, available in four sizes (PM2040HZ, PM2060HZ, PM2080HZ, PM2560HZ). The bridge structure with twin columns delivers high rigidity for both roughing and finishing on heavy parts. On the representative PM2060HZ model, travels reach 6,200 mm in X, 3,200 mm in Y and 1,000 mm in Z, with a 2,800 mm distance between columns and a 2,000 x 6,000 mm table rated for up to 26,000 kg. The BT50 spindle runs from 40 to 3,500 rpm and delivers 22 kW continuous and 26 kW peak, with torque from 1,120 to 1,320 Nm. The package is completed by a 24-tool magazine (up to 60 optional), 10-15 m/min rapids on all three axes and a Neway Fanuc control (Siemens on request).
