- |Polymer 3D printer (FFF)

The Prusa Pro HT90 is a professional FDM 3D printer with delta (three-arm) kinematics and an active heated chamber up to 90 °C, engineered for the most demanding technical materials. It includes two interchangeable direct-drive toolheads: the High-Flow with a 0.4 mm Revo nozzle up to 300 °C for standard materials such as PLA, ASA, PETG, FLEX, ABS, PA, PC, PCCF and PP, and the High-Temperature with a 0.6 mm Revo nozzle up to 500 °C for high-performance polymers such as PEI (Ultem), PEEK, PEKK, PPSU, PSU, PPS and PES.
The cylindrical build volume is Ø300 x 400 mm, with a heated bed up to 155 °C and compatible Revo nozzles from 0.25 to 1.4 mm on 1.75 mm filament. Klipper firmware and high dynamics allow movement up to 600 mm/s, printing speed up to 250 mm/s and acceleration up to 20,000 mm/s². A filtration system with a HEPA and activated carbon filter in a closed recirculation loop traps fumes and particulate.
Control is through a 7-inch touchscreen, with Ethernet connectivity, a removable Wi-Fi module and offline operation. Measuring 530 x 530 x 1050 mm (1470 mm with the door open), it suits industrial, aerospace and medical applications requiring high-temperature polymers.
