EOS P 770

The EOS P 770 series is a large-format polymer 3D printer based on SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) technology, with a 700 x 380 x 580 mm build volume equivalent to over 150 litres. The system is equipped with two 70 W CO₂ lasers and two high-speed scanners, with scanning speeds of up to 10.0 m/s. The dual-laser configuration enables high productivity, with EOS claiming up to 20% more than the previous model, lowering the cost per part in high-volume production.

The validated material range is extensive and includes polyamides such as PA 1100, PA 1101 and PA 2200, the CarbonReduced variant and the flame-retardant PA 2210 FR and PA 2241 FR, glass-filled PA 3200 GF, Alumide and the EOS TPU 1301 and ALM TPE 410 elastomers. The large build volume makes it possible to produce bulky parts in a single run or numerous nested components.

The series is designed for the series production of elastomer and thermoplastic components and is suited to large-scale industrial, aerospace and medical applications.
