EOS P3 NEXT

The EOS P3 NEXT series is a polymer 3D printer based on SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) technology, with a 70 W CO₂ laser and a 340 x 340 x 600 mm build volume. The laser has a spot of about 480 µm and a scanning speed of up to 6.0 m/s. Thanks to new scanning algorithms, a faster recoater and improved heating systems, EOS claims up to 50% higher productivity and up to 30% lower total cost of ownership than the previous P 396.

The system supports a material recycling rate of up to 80%, helping to cut waste and running costs. The validated material range includes polyamides such as PA 1101, PA 2200 and its CarbonReduced and HighReuse variants, glass-filled PA 3200 GF, the ALM PA 603-CF composite, Alumide and the EOS TPU 1301 elastomer.

Commercially available since December 2024, it is suited to the series production of polymer components, including biocompatible materials for the medical sector.
