The Neway PB-U series brings together planer-type CNC boring-milling machines, equipped with a facing head (U suffix) to perform facing and turning operations on heavy components. The range comprises three sizes: PB110U, PB130U and PB160U. The representative PB130U size provides travels of 3,000 mm on the X axis, 2,000 mm on the Y axis and 2,000 mm on the Z axis, with a 1,600 x 1,800 mm table rated up to 20,000 kg (25,000 kg optional). The BT50 spindle delivers 37 kW continuous and 45 kW peak and turns up to 2,000 rpm, with torque from 3,300 to 4,013 Nm. The Ø800 mm facing head (5-150 rpm, 300 mm radial U travel) widens the range of possible operations, combining boring, milling and facing on the same workpiece, ideal for heavy fabrication, valves, energy-sector components and large mechanical frames.
