Neway PB

The NEWAY PB milling and boring centres have been conceived, designed and developed to meet the growing demand for complex machining operations.

Sturdy and reliable, they can be configured with rotary tables that are oversized both in terms of dimensions and of load capacity; at the same time, the X-axis travel can also be increased.

The 110 mm or 130 mm quill provides precision in boring operations.

The variety of accessories available for the milling head also makes these machine models extremely flexible in terms of machining, eliminating the idle times resulting from multiple set-ups.

The Neway PB series includes the PB110S, PB130HA and PB160R horizontal-table boring and milling centres, with a side head and a boring bar inserted in the milling spindle bore. The structure is sized for heavy parts: the table ranges from 1,400 x 1,600 mm to 2,000 x 2,000 mm and holds loads up to 20,000 kg. The spindle, with a geared range change covering both high speed and low speed/high torque, delivers 30 kW; the boring bar is available in 110 or 130 mm diameter, matching the PB110S and PB130HA designations. Rotary table and X travel are configurable or extendable on request, allowing each machine in the series to be tailored to the workpiece dimensions.
