The Neway PM-V series brings together double-column (gantry) machining centres fitted with a high-speed built-in spindle, designed for fast milling of large parts and moulds. The range comprises nine sizes, from PM1320V to PM3060V. The representative PM2040V size provides travels of 4,200 mm (X), 2,700 mm (Y) and 1,000 mm (Z), a 2,800 mm column clearance, a 2,000 x 4,000 mm table rated up to 18,000 kg. The built-in spindle, with a BBT50 taper, delivers 26 kW continuous and 45 kW peak and reaches 10,000 rpm; the magazine holds 24 tools and the control is Neway Fanuc (Siemens optional). The high-speed built-in spindle favours cutting speed and finishing, ideal for moulds and complex surfaces.
