The Okuma MCR-AF is a double-column machining centre designed for high-speed machining of medium-large dies and moulds. The bridge structure offers a distance between columns of 2,500 mm and a 2,000 x 2,000 mm table with a load capacity of approx. 9,979 kg, accommodating substantial workpieces in full stability. The 350 x 350 mm ram-type head, driven on the Z axis by a double ball screw, ensures constant rigidity over the whole vertical stroke. The 3-axis architecture is governed by the Okuma OSP control. For axis travels and spindle data, the configuration is defined with Celada according to the application.
