Our MF-46VA adopts a powerful double-column structure together with an integrated rotary 2-APC for high accuracy and high output within a compact footprint.

This vertical machining centre is equipped with a high-speed, high-power ISO 40 spindle rated at 8,000 rpm.
This model incorporates a 9-second rotary 2-APC and a 20-position automatic tool changer as standard.
The Okuma MF-46V (ACE CENTER) series, available in the MF-46VA and MF-46VB versions, is a double-column vertical machining centre equipped with a two-station automatic pallet changer (2-APC), allowing one part to be machined while another is set up, reducing downtime between cycles. The tool magazine starts at 20 pockets, with optional 32- and 48-pocket configurations available to extend production autonomy in more articulated jobs. Rapid traverses reach 40 m/min on the X and Y axes and 32 m/min on the Z axis, ensuring contained positioning times even on complex cycles. Both versions in the series share this configuration, offering a solid and flexible platform for those seeking productivity and operational continuity in precision milling.
