TMW – Takahashi L100-NCL

The TMW – Takahashi Microstar L100-NCL is the automatic-loader version of the Microstar L100, a gang-type CNC lathe built for automatic load/unload cycles and series production. The built-in spindle reaches 6,000 rpm at 5.5/2.2 kW, while 300 mm travels in X and 350 mm in Z, with 16 m/min rapid feeds, ensure efficient cycles. It machines parts with a turning diameter up to 150 mm, on a chuck set up for 6-inch jaws. Weighing 3,100 kg with a footprint of 3,035 x 1,910 mm (larger to accommodate the automation), it is built for continuous production.
