TMW – Takahashi L2-P

The TMW – Takahashi Microstar L2-P is a CNC lathe in gang-type configuration, where the tools aligned on a single slide minimise positioning times. The built-in spindle reaches 8,000 rpm at 1.5 kW continuous power, while travels of 220 mm on X and 180 mm on Z and rapid feeds up to 16 m/min keep cycles short. It machines parts with a turning diameter up to 100 mm, on a chuck set up for 4-inch jaws. At 1,450 kg and with a footprint of just 1,295 x 1,124 mm, it is built for shops looking for productivity in limited space.
