A particularly decisive aspect in precision machining is the stability of the machine throughout the working day: this is why YASDA has equipped its machines with a temperature stabilization system which, by circulating oil within the structure, limits the influence of the external environment. The family of vertical machining centers includes the YBM640Vver.IV, YBM950Vver.IV and YBM9150Vver.IV models, whose common denominator is absolute build quality.
The Yasda V series gathers the vertical boring-milling centres of the jig-borer class, built around precision. It includes both the 3-axis YBM 640V, 950V, 9150V and 1218V models and the 5-axis Vi40 and Vi50 variants with a tilting-rotary table. Travels run from 600 to 1,800 mm in X, 400 to 1,200 mm in Y and 350 to 600 mm in Z, with tables from 700 x 450 up to 1,800 x 1,200 mm and loads from 200 up to 4,000 kg. The spindle runs from 50 to 24,000 rpm with 18.5 to 22 kW of power and a BT40 or BT50 taper (HSK-A63 optional). The tool magazine spans 30 to 240 positions and the control is a FANUC 31i-B5 Plus (or iHMI OpeNe 2.0). Thermal stabilisation and hand-scraping ensure geometric rigour that lasts.
