The Neway HE series brings together high-speed CNC horizontal machining centres, with a rotary table for machining several faces of the part in a single setup. The range comprises four sizes: HE50, HE50DA, HE63 and HE80. The representative HE63S size provides travels of 1,250 mm (X), 1,100 mm (Y) and 1,100 mm (Z), with a 630 x 630 mm square table rated up to 1,200 kg. The spindle, with a BBT50 (BIG-PLUS) taper, delivers 26 kW continuous and 45 kW peak and reaches 10,000 rpm, with rapids up to 60 m/min; the magazine holds 40 tools and the control is Neway Fanuc (Siemens optional). The horizontal layout ensures effective chip evacuation and consistent productivity on steel and cast iron, ideal for bodies, housings and prismatic production parts.
