The Okuma VTM series brings together vertical multitasking turning centres that integrate a vertical lathe and a machining centre in a single machine, enabling complete machining of large-diameter parts in one setup. The range includes the VTM-65, VTM-100 and VTM-200 models, designed to cover increasing size classes while sharing the same construction approach and multitasking philosophy. Across all models, the tool magazine offers a capacity of 36 positions, expandable up to 60. This configuration allows turning and milling operations to be alternated without repositioning the workpiece, cutting setup times and improving dimensional accuracy between operations. The VTM series suits users who need to machine large components with complete processing in a single machine, ensuring process continuity from the base model up to the larger-capacity versions.
