TMW – Takahashi L20 (Knurling)

The TMW – Takahashi Microstar L20 Knurling is a gang-type CNC lathe in a configuration dedicated to knurling operations, with a turning diameter up to φ100 mm and travels of 200 mm in X and 200 mm in Z. The built-in spindle reaches 10,000 rpm, the highest speed in the compact Microstar range, rated 3.7/2.2 kW with rapid feeds of 20 m/min on both axes. Chuck set up for 4-inch jaws, weighing 1,200 kg with a footprint of 1,350 x 1,190 mm: the most compact and lightweight machine in the range, built for fast cycles on small parts.
