You Ji YV 200-800

The vertical lathes of the YV 200 / 800 series, are the result of a series of studies carried out by YOU JI on the entire range of its vertical lathes, from which it emerged that their main objective is the great versatility of use so that the machine in question is suitable for machining in the energy, oil, wind, mining, rail, steel, oil, transmission, nuclear, aeronautical, shipbuilding, earthmoving, moulds, automotive, transport, textiles sectors and mechanics in general.

YV models are equipped with cross carriage and single processing tool ( BT 50 ) for applications where the variety of parts to be machined is wide, benefiting from the overall rigidity determined by the proximity of the tool to the workpiece.

The YV line includes a series of vertical lathes and vertical turning centers for milling, drilling and grinding, with self-centering diameter from 300 to 1,000 mm, turning diameter up to 1,100 mm, equipped with spindle motor with power up to 45 Kw and milling motor with power up to 15 Kw.

Basically, this is a line of extremely advanced and comfortable machines, which we believe fully satisfy the evolution of the brands in a perspective of modernity of production and enhance the innovative effort made by YOU JI designers who draw on the great experience that the company has accumulated in over 40 years of business in the vertical turning market.

The You Ji YV series in the small/medium class comprises the YV200 to YV800 models. The chuck ranges from 8" to 24", swing from 400 to 1,000 mm and turning diameter from 250 to 900 mm, with turning height from 200 to 700 mm. The spindle delivers 11/15 kW on the YV200/250 models and 18.5/22 kW from the YV320 up, with speed decreasing from 50-3,500 rpm on the YV200 to 10-600 rpm on the YV800. Load capacity ranges from 200 to 3,000 kg. Tooling is configurable in several versions: hexagonal turret, gang tool, live turret, drum turret, ATC and VDI turret, to tailor the machine to the job.
