TMW – Takahashi L20

The TMW – Takahashi Microstar L20 is a CNC lathe in gang-type configuration, with tools aligned on a single slide to minimise positioning times. The built-in spindle reaches 10,000 rpm at 1.5 kW continuous power, while travels of 200 mm on X and Z and rapid feeds of 20 m/min keep cycles short. It machines parts with a turning diameter up to 100 mm, on a chuck set up for 4-inch jaws. At 1,200 kg and with a footprint of 1,350 x 1,190 mm, it is built for shops looking for high rotation speed in limited space.
