The range of NL-SC machines, manufactured by NEWAY, are designed to meet the processing needs of the most demanding industries and currently represent the state of the art in the field of these machines, thanks to the company’s constant commitment to research and development and the achievement of high quality standards.

The supporting structure is designed and built with a one-piece cast iron meehanite and prismatic flat rails that give the lathe exceptional rigidity.
The lathes are equipped with a 12-position turret, and come with numerous accessories, capable of machining parts with a maximum turning diameter of 630 mm, maximum turning length of 4,000 mm and bar passage of 116 mm.

With rapid feeds of 16 m/min, the machine has 22 Kw at the spindle with mechanical range change and rotational speed of 2,000 rpm.
The NL-SC series can be equipped with a bar loader/feeder, a finished part unloading device or a front loader in the case of blank feeding, and numerous other accessories that make it a practically universal means of production in its field of use.

The Neway NL series brings together 6 slant-bed CNC lathes with box ways and a 12-position servo turret, without sub-spindle, optimized for heavy cutting. The maximum turning diameter ranges from Ø500 to Ø630 mm, with bar capacity from Ø74 to Ø89 mm and turning length from 570 to 3,000 mm; travels cover 280-350 mm in X and 600-3,100 mm in Z. The spindle, with an A2-8 or A2-11 nose, runs from 2,000 to 3,500 rpm and delivers 22 kW continuous (26 kW peak) with a mechanical range change. The one-piece meehanite cast-iron structure with prismatic flat ways ensures high rigidity on machine weights from 4,000 to 9,300 kg.
