Okuma MU10000H

With a working table of 1m², MU-10000H is Okuma’s largest horizontal machining centre capable of guaranteeing high stability and precision in the most complex applications.

Particularly requested in the aeronautical sector, moulds and generally in the milling of very high alloy steels that are difficult to machine, it stands out for its high torque, up to 2,000Nm, and for very high speed machining.

The stable moving column design and the Thermo-Friendly Concept guarantee, among other features, process reliability, measurement stability and form accuracy.

The basic version is supplied with a two-position pallet changer, which can be optionally extended with FMS lines.

The Okuma MU-10000H is a high-speed 5-axis horizontal machining centre (Universal Center) with a 1,000 x 1,000 mm pallet and automatic pallet changer. Travels of 1,550 x 1,600 x 1,650 mm, combined with the A-axis (+35 to -115 degrees) and the B-axis pallet rotation of +-360 degrees, allow complete machining of complex multi-face parts. The spindle reaches 20,000 rpm with 45/37 kW (up to 37/26 kW depending on build), pallet load is about 2,495 kg and the tool magazine ranges from 81 up to 308 pockets. The Okuma OSP control governs 5-axis machining.
