TMW – Takahashi L60FB-NCL

The TMW – Takahashi Microstar L60FB-NCL is an opposed twin-spindle CNC turning centre (main + sub), built for complete front-and-back machining of the part in a single cycle without manual repositioning. The built-in main spindle reaches 15,000 rpm, at 2.2/1.5 kW power, for high-speed machining of precision parts. Main-spindle-side travels are 265 mm in X and 235 mm in Z, with 16 m/min rapid feeds. It machines parts with a turning diameter up to 50 mm, on chucks set up for 4-inch jaws. Weighing 3,100 kg with a footprint of 2,340 x 1,845 mm, it is a compact platform for complete turning of small precision components.
