TMW – Takahashi L70FB-NCL

The TMW – Takahashi Microstar L70FB-NCL is an opposed twin-spindle (main and sub) CNC turning center, designed to complete the part in a single setup without manual re-chucking. Each spindle machines turning diameters up to φ80 mm, with a built-in spindle up to 8,000 rpm. The main side has travels of 350 mm in X and 235 mm in Z, while the sub-spindle offers wider travels of 400 mm in X and 250 mm in Z for back-side finishing. Each head is configured gang-type with a 6-station turret. At 4,400 kg, it is a robust platform for series production of parts requiring full two-sided machining.
