TMW – Takahashi LM6

The TMW – Takahashi Microstar LM6 is a gang-type CNC lathe with Y axis, dedicated to parts larger than the compact Microstar range. The turning diameter reaches φ250 mm, with travels of 220 mm in X, 500 mm in Z and 150 mm in Y. The built-in spindle reaches 6,000 rpm at 7.5/5.5 kW, while the 16-station gang-type turret with driven tools up to 8,000 rpm enables off-axis milling and drilling in a single setup. Chuck set up for 6-inch jaws, weighing 5,500 kg with a footprint of 2,730 x 2,000 mm: a platform for complete machining of medium-sized parts.
