TMW – Takahashi LD1-NCL

The TMW – Takahashi Microstar LD1-NCL is a gang-type CNC lathe with Y axis, fitted for automatic loading. The turning diameter reaches φ100 mm, with travels of 195 mm in X, 250 mm in Z and 80 mm in Y. The built-in spindle reaches 6,000 rpm at 7.5/5.5 kW, while the 12-station gang-type turret with driven tools up to 10,000 rpm enables off-axis milling and drilling in a single setup. Chuck set up for 6-inch jaws, weighing 3,900 kg with a footprint of 2,765 x 2,260 mm: a platform built for automated series production.
