TMW – Takahashi LD1

The TMW – Takahashi Microstar LD1 is a gang-type CNC lathe with Y axis, designed for complete machining of precision parts in a single setup. The turning diameter reaches φ100 mm, with travels of 195 mm in X, 250 mm in Z and 80 mm in Y. The built-in spindle reaches 6,000 rpm at 7.5/5.5 kW, while the 12-station gang-type turret with driven tools up to 10,000 rpm enables milling, drilling and off-axis machining without changing machine. Chuck set up for 6-inch jaws, weighing 3,400 kg with a footprint of 1,800 x 1,872 mm: a compact platform for shops machining complex parts in a single cycle.
