Universal Robots UR e-Series

Universal Robots’ six-axis collaborative robots integrate easily into existing production spaces. They are flexible machines, designed to reach anywhere in the workspace.

They are easy to program and install: even operators with no programming experience can quickly configure and manage the robots thanks to the intuitive 3D display. Simply move the robot arm to the desired trajectories or tap the arrow keys on the tablet to set up the collaborative robot. The average set-up time is less than an hour.

UR robots can be easily and quickly applied to new processes whenever needed, reusing programs for recurring tasks.

The Universal Robots UR e-Series brings together six 6-axis cobots (6 degrees of freedom) designed to cover every level of collaborative automation, from small assembly tasks to heavy load handling. Payload grows from 3 kg on the UR3e to 5 kg on the UR5e, 12.5 kg on the UR10e, 16 kg on the UR16e, up to 20 kg (25 kg in expanded mode) on the UR20 and 30 kg (35 kg expanded) on the UR30, the range's top model. Reach scales accordingly: 500 mm on the UR3e, 850 mm on the UR5e, 900 mm on the UR16e, 1,300 mm on both the UR10e and UR30, up to 1,750 mm on the UR20. Robot weight increases in step, from 11.0 kg on the UR3e to 64.0 kg on the UR20, as does maximum power consumption, from 300 W to 750 W. All models share 17 safety functions per ISO 13849-1, with the UR20 and UR30 also rated to IP54.
